**Tetralogy of Fallot**
An autopsy of the surgical repair of the Tetralogy of Fallot was intact and the anatomic repair of the right outflow tract appeared adequate. Cardiac anomalies include ventricular septal defect (repaired), atrial septal defect (repaired), infundibular and pulmonic valve stenosis (repaired), right ventricular hypertrophy, hypoplasia of the left atrium, persistent left superior vena cava, origin of left and right subclavians and carotids directly from aorta.
