This modular pack will help you build a church, monastery, abbey and other religious medieval buildings.

When working on the assets, I relied on two wonderful historical monuments, mainly the Church of Saint-Catherine (Église Sainte-Catherine de La Roche-Derrien, France), and also taken some elements from York Minster (England).
\n\n
The package also contains some church props, for example: an altar, several types of crosses, sculptures of St. Mary and saints, shops.
\n\n
Walls can easily use any seamless material, so you can customize your buildings very easily.

The asset recreates the famous city near the Chernobyl accident. With the help of the asset, you can assemble a variety of modular houses of the USSR or use already assembled ones. It also presents unique knowledge of the type: a store, a gym or a Ferris wheel. It is possible to create an interior in all buildings, and a lot of props and furniture will help you fill the space. There is also a wide range of plants and objects on the street.

\nBONUS:\n A few sounds i've created to get a better feel while building the pack, are also included. Please note that while these sounds are great and ready to be used in a project, are not the main aspect of the package and there is no support for them and they are only provided as a bonus assets. Sounds available:\n * 4 minute ambient horror track\n * 10 footstep sound clips\n * Elevator ring signal clip\n * Two scary sound clips ( a few seconds each )\n * One scary Sfx - creature like breathing/whisper/burble\n\n
