Package Overview
This product consists in 13 Construction Tool 3D models based on photoscans.
All of our assets are highly detailed with great topology and realistic 4K textures for different PBR workflows and game engines. They also have Levels of Detail (LOD), lightmaps and custom collisions in order to ensure a good performance.
make sure you read the READ.txt file for further information. We create our products to be used in Video Games, Architectural Visualisation, Advertisement and Cinematics.

13 Photoscan real-time 3D model LODs Lightmaps Custom Collisions High Poly models with vertex color information Meshes ready for Unreal Engine and Unity 4K Textures (metallic/roughness and specular/glossiness) with Height maps in EXR 32 bits and Normal Maps in PNG 16 bits. The rest of the maps are JPG.
