Asset Overview
The urban strategy of the project is to complete the perimeter of the İzmir Opera House, which is currently under construction, to define the unfinished axis on the Karşıyaka-Mavişehir coast and not to cut the main walking axis connecting these two strategic points. It is aimed to establish an uninterrupted axis on the walking axis by building the main mass completely on the sea. The project aims to complete the axis without changing the routes of the pedestrians on this axis, to direct the pedestrians to the Fish Market through the streets created, to get them away from the hustle and bustle of daily life here, and to make the users feel like they are in a new generation small North Aegean fishing town.
