A Sidewalk sign with three different skins.

This is a lowpoly game asset made with realtime rendering in mind. Pictures are rendered in Unreal Engine 4.

Textures:

• This renders well with 1024px and even 512px textures
• Includes 1 texture example; Sale with both 1024px (1,09MB) and 512px (344KB) texture set.
• The main plate of the Sign is prioritated in the UV space making it very easy to get a good look on small textures size, and changing it in any editing software such as photoshop.

Textured using a single materialslot, with one single combined mesh.
