Package Overview
This is the modular french type shop, game ready and low-poly. It consists of 14 original mesh parts (separate obj files) (mtl files aren't included), such as columns, windows, door etc. It has a single material with pbr 2K textures: -diffuse -normal -roughness -specular Psd format of diffuse texture is also included.
