Package Overview
A big collection of modules to make a thousand variants of industrial style building. The assets pack include 39 modules with 1st floor walls (doors, windows and plains), upper floors walls (windows and plains), 3 roofs types, 1 roof windows, angle walls, side walls, wooden shelters and racks, wooden bracket (crane), metallic reinforcement, 2 chimneys. There are 11 materials for 39 objects, objects share similar materials and all have their own UVs.
Also, this asset includes 3 preconceived buildings.
Easy to use, every parts are based on metric parameters. You need to move parts along X, Y or Z axes by incrementation of 1 m. For example, a wall part is 3 m large for 5 m heigh.
The 3D model is ready for game and low poly using. All materials are ready for PBR rendering.
