Warm Chamber

This is a model of a warm chamber for fermenting food reliably on countertops. The model is 10 times scaled down, the original box will be 1 x 1 x 1 ft. This is the bare basics design of fermentation chamber. It consists of a box, a lid, the thermostat and heater and a nebulizer which takes in water and spreads droplets across the chamber. The red boxes inside the chamber are sample vessels which may be used for fermenting yogurt (cylinder) or dough or idli batter (cube)
