Asset Overview
Clastic dyke in a marine terrace, between Torre de Macenas and Torre del Pirulico, near Mojacar, southern Spain. This outcrop is part of a series of raised beaches of Thyrrenian age (Mid-Late Pleistocene) found at several places along the coast between the Cabo de Gata and Mojacar. The dyke is about 50 cm tall. Lat 37˚04'24.27''N, Lon 1˚50'59.89''W, elevation 4m.
