Asset Overview
Moonrise Arch is located near its more-famous neighbor, Sunset Arch, along Hole-in-the-Rock Road south of Escalante, Utah.
Evidence of recent rockfall is found piled below the arch, along with iron-rich boulders that may once have protected the underlying Navajo sandstone from erosion.
