Asset Overview
An oak tree situated in the grounds of [West Dean Gardens](https://www.westdean.org.uk/gardens), West Sussex.
This tree is seemingly very old and once probably very large, but has since led a hard life! The gardeners at West Dean are trying to propogate the next generation from this tree but the squirrels and sheep have so far beaten them to the acorns.
This scan drew inspiration from the artist [Richard Evans](https://gpstrees.com/collections/classic-gps-trees/products/oak-n-50-54-385-w-000-46-246-a4) series of GPS trees.
