Hi, I created this asset processing 200 photo's in Reality Capture. After the processing I used Quad Remesher in Blender to retoplogize the asset and scale it down to 95k triangles. I used substace designer to bake the high poly (53Mil triangles) on to the low poly model, create the roughness map and deshadow the albedo texture.
