Asset Overview
This is a model of the planet Jupiter made from the most recent and accurate albedo maps I could attain. I used a process of projection and UVs that results in no distortion at the poles or long vertical seam typical on most spherical objects. Files included: Quad Mesh Jupiter model with 4 LOD levels from 6,144 faces to 24 faces; 8K albedo 8 bit dithered jpg; 8K normal 16 bit png in OpenGL and DirectX
