Keith's 74 photographs were processed using Autodesk ReCap Photo. This otherwise unedited mesh was decimated on export to reduce file size. 1 x 8K texture was generated (8192 x 8192 pixels) . FBX file size is approx 47MB. This object is difficult for photogrammetry software to process due to qualities of the white vase and the leafy geometry. The vase surface is smooth, regular and without surface features, which has presented difficulties for the software in locating points on its surface causing the resulting geometry to be far less regular than it should be. The leaves on the other hand, are so irregular, with interior spaces between them, that the software has struggled to model these accurately. A fix for the first issue could be a few tiny marks on the surface of the vase which could be wiped off/edited out later. A fix for the second issue is more photographs and possibly brighter lighting. (Photographs were taken during a Photogrammetry Workshop at Manchester School of Art 07/10/2021)
