Asset Overview
Quartzites and slates, sedimented about 500 Myr ago and metamorphosed about 350 Myr ago. This is the wall of a canyon, which developed along a fracture. Playa de Esteiro, 50 km NNE of Lugo, Galicia, Spain.
Because the drone lost GPS signal inside the canyon, and the sandy canyon bottom is featureless, it was not possible to fly the drone there and the model is limited to the lower wall, which could be photographed with a handheld camera.
