Stump RC comparsion Iphon5/6/Canon70d
Hello people, I did a little test of Reality Capture software. I used the older iPhone5, the newer iPhone6 and the Canon d70. With each device, I've taken 200 photos of the subject stump. The shooting took about 25-35 minutes. Unfortunately, I do not have a color calibration table yet. With iPhones I shot in auto mode. I used the canon to AV + tripod + EFS 17-55mm f / 2.8 IS USM lens. Postproduction of hi-poly and low-poly takes me about 25 minutes of net work time. The calculations took an average of 3 hours for RC reconstruction and 10 hour texture calculation (difuse / normal / ao map) in 3d max.
I think the result is surprisingly very good in all cases. What is your opinion?
