This was created using Reality Capture and three left/right Perseverance MastCam-Z images from SOL-91. Mesh reduction and texture baking done in Blender. 3D Coat was used to add PBR textures and improve texture coverage. Some areas were intetionally left smooth to indicate areas not captured by the NavCam cameras. It should also be noted that the NAVCAMs are 22cm apart so not all parallex based image pairs work well.
This technique is being used in a unique process to create textures and height maps for the Unreal Engine Landscape generator to provide rocks and other formations that are identical to those around Perseverance and Ingenuity in the upcoming VR experience "Ingenuity in VR" https://IngenuityinVR.space
