A 3-year-old girl was diagnosed with annular pancreas with duodenal obstruction and underwent duodenoduodenostomy in neonatal period. She then developed recurrent severe pancreatitis in recent 6 months. An MRCP was performed. A mildly dilated CBD with choledochocele was noted. Annular duct was also noted. The main pancreatic duct was not dilated. However, it disappeared near the pancreatic head. 43510732
