A 3.5-year-old girl was diagnosed with annular pancreas with duodenal obstruction and underwent duodenoduodenostomy in neonatal period. She then developed recurrent severe pancreatitis in recent 6 months. An MRCP was performed. The main pancreatic duct showed progressive dilatation. The filling defects at pancreatic head segment showed increased diameter and number. 43510732
