(From 3D scan to low poly mesh - my workflow)
Scanned with Einscan Pro2 Plus Cleaned and closed in Meshmixer Optimized in 3DS Max 2021 (ProOptimizer & Retopologize & Unwrap) Render to Texture in 3DS Max - only for Normal & Lighting maps
PROs: great tool the new Retopologize modifier , it really speed the process
CONs: the final model look prety, but is not so editable as it seems.
To review: probably I should separate each geometric feature in the dense mesh (to force quad alignment to the boundaries).
