Asset Overview
Cataract causes half of all cases of blindness and are most commonly due to ageing. Surgery to remove the cloudy lens and replace it is the only solution. Here is a cataract surgery animation we made, together with some holograms, filmed on our Holoviewer. You will see:
- 3 Incisions for instruments
- Capsulorhexis
- Phacoemulsification
- Aspiration-irrigation of the cataract
- Intra ocular lens implantation
