Workflow:
- Some tweaks on the model geometry in Maya.
- New UV Mapping in Maya.
- Add height and details on Substance Painter.
- Handpaint the model on Substance Painter.
- Bake lighting and other maps into a single Diffuse map.
- Add some details on Photoshop and import the new game menu (painted on Clip Studio).
- Duplicate the mesh, and create an outline effect.
This challenge was a great way to spent my Sunday! Since I've always been a Pokemon fan, I though about making the Pokemon Special Edition GameBoy. I used Maya for some changes on the mesh. For texturing I used mainly Substance.
