Haunted house

Mr Awilson was a great scientist in the 1980s. The top of the house was a laboratory in which all his invention was made. He builds a time machine in which a clock was built specially to change the time and scream the date he wanted, in order to travel the future and the past . On his first attempt, Mr Awilson finds something strange. He found himself a ghost with many other dead soul roaming in his house. He realized this time machine made an error.  It was too late to retrieve his error and his mission has failed. Every year at the same date  and same time, his soul manifest in his house. Several years after, Mr Robinhoods bought the house and the surrounding land. He renovated the house into a small shop and was living there. This time, the scientist was desperately trying to gain his body back but in vain. The only way to get his body back is to get the time machine working. For that, he  will need the help of Mr Robinhoods and he needs to wait for the specific day and time  to appear.
