Asset Overview
The James Webb Space Telescope (a.k.a. JWST) is the successor of Hubble Space Telescope and will enable deeper and more sensitive observations and thus even more discoveries in astronomy. JWST main mirror is 6 mt large
and will observe in optical and infrared bands. The launch will be on Dec. 18 2021 and it will take another
month to reach the final point 1.5 millions of km far from Earth from where it will start the observations.
