Asset Overview
Thoracic Vertebrae Segmentation made in 3dSlicer from the thoracic CT sample data. Used grow from seed, paint, and erase tools alongside segmentations to isolate the vertebrae. Keep large islands option was used to remove a majority of loose/irrelevant growths from Grow From Seed tool. Further editing done in SketchFab.
