Here is my attempt to create a realistic looking grenade
I used blender to modeling, Substance Painter to texturing, Marmoset to baking normal maps.
Models has 4 LODs:
LOD0: 17.027 triangles
LOD1: 9.016
LOD2: 5.770
LOD3: 2.503
PBR Workflow: Metallic/Roughness (2K textures on one UV set)
texel density: 900px/m
