Asset Overview

The Mk-4B Launcher, also known as the "Arbiter" came out of the 2022 Advanced Multi-Target Interceptor Platform (A-MTIP). Designed to fire the new RIM-200X missile interceptor and the SAIM-54E "Sea Phoenix" anti-air missile. Equipped with an on-board A-AESA Radar and long range IRST, the Mk-48 is capable of engaging missiles at a range of 85 miles and aircraft at 180-200 miles. The RIM-200X (X13) xhas a range of 85 miles in good weather and travels at Mach 3.5+. It is equipped with a 32lb "flack" warhead with an effective shrapnel range of over 22 meters. The SAIM-54E Sea Phoenix (X6) has a range between 180 and 200 miles in good weather and travels at Mach 1.5+. It has a 380lb warhead with a proximity fuse. It is also capable of limited anti-surface attack against small boats and sensitive equipment.
