Renaissance Falchion - Gold

This weapon is a **hybrid**. The blade and handle of the weapon are of medieval origin with a falchion-like design. However, the guard of the weapon features designs more reminiscent of renaissance longsword and rapier guards. With a simple yet sleek design, this is *easily* one of my best models yet. I had a brief spout of inspiration the other day that led to the creation of this weapon. At first, it was meant to be a personal weapon that only I would have. But it quickly turned out to be too good to keep for myself. One thing led to another and I ended up trying a renaissance guard and a few new methods for creating models. And with some advice from other Blade and Sorcery modders, I textured **three versions of the weapon** (mostly because I couldn't decide what looked best). Soon enough the weapon was done and ready to be uploaded! This is the **gold textured version**, with highlighted engravings.
