This building was part of a harbor, that was never finished. Located in Leipzig, Germany at the end of Karl-Heine-Canal. I scanned the building with a Mavic 2 Pro, used RealityCapture to compute a 40 Million and a 250K Poly Version and then moved the Detail from High to Low via Normal Maps. Finally I computed roughness and metalness maps via ShaderMap4.
The Model contains 1 250K Poly FBX and 6 4K UDIM's
