Asset Overview
Paulista Avenue stretches 2.8 km northwest to southeast in São Paulo, Brazil. It was constructed in 1891 by Joaquim Eugênio de Lima (1845-1902) and became the fist paved street in São Paulo in 1909. The open lidar of the city, with the topography segmented between 785m and 810m AMSL, shows clearly how the avenue is positioned on a ridge. The famous São Paulo Museum of Art, designed by Lina Bo Bardi, is positionned in line with the Avenida Nove de Julho and the Trianon Park.
