Asset Overview

The Eastern Columbia Building is a thirteen-storey Art Deco building, designed by Claud Beelman, in the Broadway Theatre District of downtown Los Angeles. It opened on September 12, 1930, after just nine months of construction. The building has been characterized as the benchmark of art deco buildings in Los Angeles and as one of the "grand dames of Art Deco Streamline Moderne in Los Angeles". The Eastern Columbia was listed as a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument. It has become a visual landmark and is representative of the vitality of Los Angeles' retail and commercial core." The textures have been created in Substance Painter and Designer specifcally for this model to give it a high quality, realistic look.
