Terezin - Theresienstadt (CZ) historical barracks vaulted ceiling truss wooden beams interior attic Terezin, the historical military fortress town, is most infamously the location of the Nazis' Theresienstadt Ghetto. Since 1941 the ''Dresden Barracks'' was the place where women were placed, originally together with their children. Yet some of the rooms were used for theater and othercultural performances.
