Asset Overview

[Vyšehrad](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vy%C5%A1ehrad) (Czech for "upper castle") is a historic fort located in the city of Prague, just over 3 km southeast of Prague Castle, on the right bank of the Vltava River. It was built probably in the 10th century. Situated within the fort is the Basilica of St. Peter and St. Paul. The statue of [Ctirad and Šárka](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ctirad_and_%C5%A0%C3%A1rka) was built by Josef Václav Myslbek. It depicts Ctirad and Šárka of Slavic mythology and the Bohemian tale The Maidens' War, when the women after the death of Libuše built the castle Děvín lying on the opposite hill of the Vyšehrad.
