XFP-067 Biface Mid-Section, Finney's Cove, Sanak Island, Alaska. XFP-067-99
XFP-067 is a multi-component site in Finney’s Cove, Sanak Island, Alaska. It consists of several stratigraphic layers with components dating between 1400 and 1200 BCE, 770-400 BCE, and 360-1 BCE. There are 27 house depressions that are associated with the later two occupations.
These artifacts were scanned with either a Faro Edge Arm or a Minolta Vivid 9i. Processed in Geomagic or Polyworks. 4-8 photos were used for texture in Geomagic Wrap. The Sanak Island artifacts are presented as a result of the research conducted under grants NSF 0326584, NSF 0508101, NSF 1139266, NSF 1321411. H. Maschner, Principal Investigator.
