Asset Overview
The Neon Slums are protected from the extreme elements of the Wastes by a giant retaining wall. Due to the nantite smog, the wall needs almost constant repair to keep storms that blow in from the Wastes at bay. All that repair work needs workers and workers need food, so the wall is constantly buzzing with different food trucks and traders looking to earn a buck off some hard working wall rats.
Original Concept sketch done by me to flesh out the idea before jumping into VR.
Sculpted and kitbashed in VR using Oculus Medium to be used in a enviornment painting.
