Mechanical Animal Challenge - Smog Scrubber

Since the rules werent specific about it being a real animal, I wanted to combine few different creatures such as the leopard rays, Mantis Shrimp, whales, and remoras all together into a mechanical creature that floats through the sky filtering the bio-enegering byproducts that make up the dense fog over the Neon Slums.
