Click download and select original format. Unzip the downloaded file and open the source folder. The FBX file can be loaded into UE4 selecting the UE4_Mannequin for the skeleton. Texture and normal maps will be loaded automatically. In UE4/5 I have used constants in the metalic and roughness nodes on some of the materials to get the effect you see below.
