This is organ is a modified ovary capable of reproducing eggs throughout a woman's lifetime. Normally, women produce a set number of eggs which eventually run out, causing them to only be able to reproduce in a specific window of time. This organ functions similarly to a testicle, containing a faux epididymis which develops the egg into maturity and a circulatory system providing nutrients and oxidated blood to the egg. Theoretically, with this organ, a woman would no longer be restricted to reproduction due to age just like men. This project is an exploration into the effect biological differences between men and women affect societal expectations, sexism, etc. Women are traditionally expected to have children in a specific window of time in their lives, usually at a pivotal time in the careers, due to this biological restriction.
