A total of 30 landmarks are placed on the virtually extracted cranial endocast of the extant Two-toed sloth, *Choloepus hoffmanni* (UF-M-25993) and used to capture endocranial shape information. Of those landmarks, 12 are placed on the **ventral** surface of the cranial endocast as annotated here.
