Asset Overview
Kylix (Κύλιξ, pl κύλικες) = wine cup ; 600-500 BCE (?)
Tondo: 2 concentric circles around center, foot with handle carries the flat body, two horizontally arranged handles, outside painted with fighting scene and charioteers (black figure style) - event. from Greek mythology (?).
Ca. h x d = 11,5 x 14,5 cm, from private collection of 1911, no thermoluminescence test has been made, no authenticity certificate exists, more information about this piece is neccesary.
