Asset Overview
The project site is located at Inciralti, next to the exit of Ilica Creek to the Gulf of Izmir, where the water of the land meets the water of the sea.
With the sense of usage general aim to reach the water with highlighted water pavillion.Also,the water pavillion located according to this usage,meeting point of sea and creek. Site divided 2 part according to hot weather and cold weather usage because of the harsh wind effect. For usage, trying to create variety open,semi open and close areas of course supported with green areas.With the water basilica pavillion and the lotus shape water collection part we create a landmark for the İnciraltı.
