I was out doing surface scans in the San Rafael Swell and I saw a rock in a pit that I thought I might like to scan. This bright yellow rock was next to it and it caught my eye. I'd found other tracks nearby on a maroon rock surface and I thought "wouldn't it be wild if this sulfur yellow rock had tracks.... Hey. Wait a minute...." I'd seen the big flat tracks and then looked over and saw that the 'rock' sitting there was a footprint! I just had to scan it, but I didn't have the right lens for scanning complex objects with me. The scan isn't perfect but at least I can share my amazing find with people. I'll update this when I figure out how old the rock formation is-- But my guess is this is a Stego or an Ankylosaur from the late Jurrasic to early Cretacious.
