So normally it is considered like a flagman of poisonous mushrooms. (At least in Lithuanian forests). This is a young one - the head is not opened yet. And indeed it is poisonous mushroom though not the most poisonous in the area. My father told me he tried them when he was young for their drug qualities. He didn't told me how his experiment ended though. The lithuanian name has two parts. Musė - the fly. Mirti -to die. So fly die or Fly killer.
