Perfusion Fixed Human Heart Donation #584

This is a fixed human heart that was donated for research. The donor was a 36 year old female with a history of substance abuse but no known cardiac history. The aorta in this model is not positioned anatomically due to mis-alignment during the fixation process, and the atria were dissected during the donation process.
