Asset Overview
Built in the early 1790s, [**Owings Upper Mill**](https://mht.maryland.gov/nr/NRDetail.aspx?NRID=496) is both the largest and oldest surviving grist mill in Baltimore County. Although the color has faded, the words "Eureka Flour Mill" are written in purple brick on the side facing the street.
