**Tricuspid Atresia** Congenital malformations of the heart and great vessels with marked cardiomegaly (heart 75 gm vs normal 25 gm). Severe tricuspid valvular stenosis with abnormal valvular cusps. Clinical atrial and ventricular septal defects. Clinical atrioventricular heart block (complete and second degree). Small left and right ventricular chamber volumes. Clinical right to left shunt at the atrial level and left to right shunt at the ventricular level. Small pulmonic valve (1.5cm vs 3.0cm), normally formed aortic valve (2.0cm vs 3.0cm) and nodular mitral valve (3.0cm vs 4.0cm). Retroesophageal right subclavian artery (arteria lusoria). Normally closed ductus arteriosus. Status post deep hypothermic cardioplegic open heart surgery with use of cardiopulmonary bypass. Intact sutured left ventricular apex sump puncture site. Six in situ pacing wires. Two in situ subcostal central vascular catheters. In situ right anterior shoulder central vascular catheter via the anterior mediastinum to the right atrium.
