**Truncus Arteriosus**
Congenital malformation of the heart and great vessels. Truncus arteriosus with a short common pulmonary trunk giving rise to right and left pulmonary artery (Collett and Edwards Type I). Three leaflet truncus valve – double noduli Arantil posterior cusp. Both coronary ostia in posterior sinus – coronary distribution normal. “Valve-like” endothelial ridge below ostia. Right-sided aortic arch. Ventricular septal defect, high membranous.
